About Emily Barn
So much to see and do around the beautiful Derbyshire Dales in the Peak District,. This central location is perfect for workshops, team meetings, birthdays, reunions, family gatherings, weddings & celebrations. Within an hour of half the population of England. Please note Emily Barn is a Celebration House but not suitable as a noisy party house. Guests are requested to refrain from noise outside between 22.00 & 09.00 hours. Closing doors will contain music to a large extent.

Celebrations can be further enjoyed with the BBQ in the south-facing, beautiful garden, with plenty of on site parking available for Guests.
Oak beams and stone flagged floors create charm & character in Emily Barn with all modern comforts & free WiFi. This beautiful Derbyshire Long Barn boasts a ground source heat sysem providing underfloor heating 24/7. Warm & cosy on the coldest day.
Dogs:
I am relaxing my 'no pets policy' for non-shedding dogs, max 2 per booking and request that dogs are kept off sofas & beds please. Please call if you wish to discuss further.

Family 1: Sleeps 4 in 1 x K/size Bed, 2 x Single Beds
Family 2: Sleeps 4 in 1 x Dble Bed + 2 x 4' Klik Klak Sofabeds
First Floor/Hayloft Bedrooms:
1 Double Bedroom - en suite
Family Room 3: Sleeps: 3 Single Beds + 1 x 4' Klik Klak Sofabed
Emily Barn functions best for 16 people. Prices given are for up to 16 Guests
Two extra Guests can be accommodated prorata in Family Rooms, totalling up to 18.
Emily Barn is not suitable for wheelchair users since the bathrooms do not have
space for turning circles.
NB: There are 2 small sets of internal steps on the ground floor, one with 4 steps, one with 5 steps.
